About us
This website is operated and maintained by Richard Chichakli, one of the many innocent people who were victimized by OFAC to serve a political agenda in early 2005. My life and my family of Richard were, without a cause, deliberately destroyed by the United States government using OFAC as tool. The United States government stated that I was sanctioned pursuant to a UN resolution on Liberia; but in reality - as you will see by evidence on this site - I was never reported to the U.N. by the US government as a sanctioned person.
I, Richard Chichakli, I am not a politician, and NOT a LAWYER, nor I practice law. I am an honorably discharged veteran of the United States Army, a former employee of the United States Department of Justice, and I was a public accountant in Richardson, Texas when I was used by the United States government as a scapegoat in order to implicate Russia in the tragic events of September 11, 2001
My objective in publishing this website is to advocate against the Nazi tactics used by OFAC, and to make the voices of those wronged by OFAC like myself be heard.
Pursuant to the ruling and mandate of the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit in Al-Haramain v. United States (No. 10-35032, decided Sep/23/2011), this "advocacy" CANNOT be blocked by OFAC, and it requires no license by OFAC, a criminal organization of thugs and thieves as I called them in Federal Court (Chichakli v. United States, No. 3:19-CV-372-C North Texas)
The theft of my "blocked assets" was committed by OFAC (and other federal) agents while my blocked assets were under OFAC's care, custody, and control. OFAC's official never denied stealing my money and valuables.
PLEASE TAKE TONICE, We are against persecution, NOT the legal prosecution of criminals; thus, advocacy is offered ONLY to those wronged, and/or used as scapegoat by OFAC for political reason, and such person must not be associated with terror groups or involved in drug trafficking or other criminal activities.
Our support involves:
-
Providing advocacy support, and non-professional guidance of possible legal remedies based on personal court cases filing against OFAC to the victims of persecution on a case by case basis. I sued OFAC without lawyers, and on Sep/17/2015, I won a decision in the United States Court of Appeals in Washington D.C. against the President of the United States in Chichakli v. Obama (No. 14-5310)
-
Providing a public platform to victims and advocacy groups to voice grievance, and to petition the government for better oversight and control against the Nazi-tactics used by OFAC to terrorize its political victims in violation of the United States Constitution.
-
Raising public awareness about the violations committed by OFAC by keeping the cases in public, and to promote transparency by exposing OFAC's secretive Gestapo tactics.
-
Organizing the activities of those wrongly accused and persecuted into support and discussion groups to promote justice through the available national and international legal venues.
